# KnitKnot case studies

Customer records of the claims, sources, and AI recommendations that changed after work with KnitKnot.

## Intryc

Intryc's organic AI visibility rose from 22.1% to 38.9% between July 3 and September 6, 2026, an increase of 16.8 percentage points. The case study follows nine currently live playbook pages, positive claims linked to those pages, a recovered recommendation against Observe.AI, and a manual-QA reversal against Reddy. It distinguishes those live pages from the workspace's 14 historical shipments.

Named-when-cited rose from 40.2% to 66.9%, while positive observations in organic answers rose from 227 to 434. Most organic growth in positive claims linked to Intryc came from an existing buyer’s guide outside the shipped playbooks.

Competitive results varied: reporting-window AI win rate rose from 44.7% to 45.5%, alongside gains in selected question sets. These are observed results, not a controlled estimate of playbook impact.
