we serve to AI crawlers and assistants, shipped in the page source of every

KnitKnot does.
# Customer-managed Content Playbooks
Playbooks turn diagnosed issues into scoped content work for teams that manage their own authoring and publishing.
## What each record keeps
A playbook keeps the issue, supporting evidence, target page, proposed change, ship record, and later measurement together. Customer MCP tools expose the supported playbook fields.
## Choose who owns the page change
Use a playbook when the customer team writes and publishes the change. Eligible page classes can use the managed revision cycle when KnitKnot should propose, check, route for approval, and publish.
## Reconnect the shipped work to measurement
When the work appears on the site, KnitKnot records the page update and measures the next eligible benchmark at the same journey and cycle grain.
## Managed agent content
Managed agent content adds authoring, receipts, machine-enforced checks, approval policy, immutable publishing, and rollback. Read the current workflow at https://knitknot.ai/product/managed-agent-content/.
