To provide and improve the KnitKnot service.
To run benchmarks on your behalf and deliver results.
To communicate product updates, changelogs, and support responses.
To analyze aggregate usage trends and improve the product.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your benchmark results with other companies.
We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Third-party services

We use the following services that may collect information:

Google Analytics — website traffic analytics.
Cloudflare — CDN, security, and performance.
AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) — to run the benchmarks you request. Prompts include your company and competitor names; responses are stored in your account.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Benchmark results are retained for the life of your account. You can request deletion at any time.

You can:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Opt out of marketing communications.
Export your benchmark data.
